Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BelleoFix, we value our clients and strive to deliver quality IT solutions, including bridge & gateway development, algorithmic trading platform integrations, and technology-based support services. However, as our services involve significant planning, customization, and resource allocation, we maintain a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.


1. General Policy

1.1. All payments made towards services are considered service fees, not deposits or security amounts.

1.2. Refunds are limited and conditional, as most of our services are delivered in phases and involve resource dedication from day one.

1.3. By engaging with our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may only be considered under the following conditions:

2.1. Non-Delivery of Service – If the Company fails to initiate the agreed project within the committed timeline due to reasons solely attributable to us.

2.2. Duplicate Transaction – If a Client is charged more than once for the same service due to a payment gateway or system error.

2.3. Cancellation Before Initiation – If the Client cancels before any work has begun, partial refunds may be issued (up to 70%) after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases:

3.1. Change of Mind – If the Client no longer wishes to continue after project initiation.

3.2. Services Already Delivered – Once services, modules, or deliverables are handed over (in full or part).

3.3. Client Delays – If the project stalls due to incomplete requirements, delayed approvals, or lack of cooperation from the Client.

3.4. Third-Party Failures – Broker APIs, stock exchange servers, hosting providers, or any third-party platform failures.

3.5. Monthly Support Services – Recurring monthly support fees ($2,000/month) are strictly non-refundable once the month has started.

3.6. Annual Setup Cost – The one-time annual fee ($5,000) is non-refundable once initial onboarding or development has begun.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Clients may request cancellation of services with a 30-day prior written notice.

4.2. Cancellations cannot be backdated; fees already paid remain non-refundable.

4.3. All outstanding dues must be cleared before processing a cancellation request.

4.4. Intellectual property rights for partially developed projects remain with BelleoFix unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Request Process

To apply for a refund, the Client must:

5.1. Submit a written request via email to [Your Refund Email Address].

5.2. Mention details including:

* Invoice number

* Service purchased

* Date of transaction

* Reason for refund request

5.3. Our accounts team will review the request within 7–10 business days.

5.4. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 working days.

5.5. If rejected, a detailed explanation will be shared with the Client.

6. Partial Refunds & Service Credits

6.1. In certain cases, the Company may offer partial refunds after deducting:

* Administrative costs

* Hours already worked

* Resource allocation charges

6.2. Instead of refunds, service credits may be issued, which can be applied toward future services.

6.3. Service credits are valid for 6 months and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

7.1. Clients are encouraged to resolve refund issues directly with us before raising a dispute with their bank or payment provider.

7.2. Initiating a chargeback without prior discussion will be considered a breach of this policy.

7.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend services until such disputes are resolved.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Refunds apply only to service quality and delivery issues, not to market performance, financial losses, or trading outcomes.

8.2. The Company is not liable for stock market risks, algorithmic trading results, or investment decisions made using our technology.

9. Force Majeure

No refunds or cancellations will apply if services are disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Internet outages

  • Stock exchange server downtime

  • Natural disasters

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Cyber-attacks or security breaches caused by third-party platforms

10. Amendments

10.1. The Company reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

10.2. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
