Welcome to BelleoFix. By accessing or using our website, services, or solutions, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. Definitions

  • Company / We / Us – refers to BelleoFix, the provider of IT and technology services.

  • Client / You / User – refers to the person, organization, or entity purchasing or using our services.

  • Services – includes bridge & gateway development, API integrations, algo trading platform setup, maintenance, and all IT solutions offered by the Company.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. We provide IT development, integration, and support services related to financial technology and share market platforms.

2.2. The services are strictly for technology solutions and do not include financial advice, stock recommendations, or investment guidance.

2.3. Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the agreed scope will be subject to revised pricing and a separate agreement.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1. One-Time Annual Cost: $5,000 (non-refundable).

3.2. Recurring Monthly Support: $2,000, payable in advance each month.

3.3. All payments must be made through the authorized payment methods shared by the Company.

3.4. Taxes, if applicable, will be borne by the Client.

3.5. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. The Client must provide accurate business requirements, documentation, and access credentials needed to deliver services.

4.2. The Client is responsible for the usage of software, platforms, and APIs integrated by us.

4.3. The Client shall not misuse, resell, or copy the solutions provided without prior written approval.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All code, frameworks, and tools developed by the Company remain the intellectual property of BelleoFix unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5.2. The Client will receive usage rights for the agreed services, limited to their business needs.

5.3. Any third-party software or API used is subject to the respective provider’s license terms.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data, business information, and trade secrets.

6.2. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Company is not responsible for financial losses, trading decisions, or market risks taken by the Client.

7.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

7.3. We are not liable for downtime, third-party API failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Service Availability & Support

8.1. Support services are offered under the monthly plan ($2,000).

8.2. Maintenance includes bug fixes, security patches, and server support.

8.3. Emergency support will be provided based on availability and may attract additional charges.

9. Termination of Services

9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.

9.2. No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

9.3. The Company reserves the right to terminate immediately in case of non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms.

10. Modifications

10.1. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10.2. The updated version will be posted on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
